Return Policy for Outdoor Stuff

Introduction

At Outdoor Stuff, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In such cases, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Returned items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized products made to your specifications.
  • Personal care items.
  • Health and personal care items.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at contact@artofhealth.co.za with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Receive Return Confirmation: Once your return is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a return confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Ship the Product: Send your item to the provided address.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@outdoorstuff.co.za and send your item to the address provided by our customer care staff.
